I will design a program to help you meet your physical, mental, and emotional needs and live better for yourself and your family. Programs draw from a range of methodologies, including yoga asana, meditation, functional strength and flexibility exercises, self-massage, breath work, vision boarding, yoga philosophy, journaling, intention setting, and creative expression. I serve individual clients, couples, parents and children, and groups.

As a parent of twin toddlers, I spend most of my time taking care of others. Rachel’s calm and steady presence as she focused on helping me relieve the aches and pains of being a parent and worker made me feel like I was the one being taken care of for a change.
